Our winemaking and aging cellar is located in Tenuta San Michele 500 m above sea level, on the eastern slopes of Etna.
The microclimate of Etna is characterized by strong thermal excursions due to the altitude of the volcano (3’360m) which delay ripening, bringing freshness and fragrance to the wines. The volcanic soils instead give a strong minerality that is felt in all the products of the territory.
Thanks to these conditions and the constant work of 3 generations, we produce elegant, complex, savory wines with an identity that stands out in the Italian and international wine scene. The management of the vineyard is based on the priority use of natural techniques with low environmental impact.
Environmental sustainability is one of our objectives and an essential value.
In the wine-making and aging cellar it is possible to organize visits and tastings of our wines accompanied by typical snacks.
